If the item that I like has been sold, will I be able to order it from you?

Yes, you can send us an email. If we have the material available, we will be pleased to make you one.


If I find a piece of jewellery that I like, but would prefer it in a different length, can you remake it for me?

Yes, we can alter the length for you. There is no extra cost for shortening. If you want it lengthened, we will let you know the additional cost (if any) by email.


Where is your handcrafted jewellery made?

All our handcrafted jewellery by Mandy Stone is made in Hong Kong.


Are the gemstones used in your jewellery genuine?

Yes, all gemstones used in our jewellery are genuine and are selected for their high-quality and precision cutting, grinding and polishing.


How can I prevent tarnishing to my silver jewellery ?

Tarnishing occurs whenever silver is exposed for extended periods to the air. After wearing your silver jewellery, gently clean it with a silver cloth. You may occasionally use a good quality silver cleaner, but DO NOT immerse it for too long and remember to rinse it and ensure it is dry before placing it in a sealable bag (i.e. a plastic zipper bag). Before sealing, squeeze the air out of the bag to preserve the silver's sheen condition.


Where does your clothing come from?

JOLANDA FASHION sources its goods and materials from all over the World, under Mandy Stone's vigilant supervision. We also make our own designs in Hong Kong and have them produced by skilled craftsmen, tailors and seamstresses in our mother country, China. We aim to exceed your expectation with our blend of unique designs and high quality workmanship combine with exceptional service.


Do I have to pay sales tax in Hong Kong?

No, you don't have to pay any sales or value-added (VAT) tax in Hong Kong. But, depending on the country of destination and the quantity and nature of products ordered, you may have to pay an import tax or tariff there. You should consult your national customs and excise office to find out what levies are applicable, if any. For small orders (i.e. samples or small gifts) , a tariff may not be applied.


What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

If you do not receive your goods within the estimated time frame, please contact us and we will investigate the cause for you. Most delays are related to customs clearance procedures and you should be notified of this by your postal service. If our carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost, we will send a replacement free-of-charge.


Is there any country that you won't ship to?

We will ship all over the World, however if the delivery costs and/or risks are excessive we will recalculate the charges and seek your confirmation by e-mail before despatch.


Can you assist in making and producing my own design?

Yes, we can! We have the neccessary skills and experience in bulk tailoring, production and shipping of bespoke fashion products, jewellery and accessories for clients. Please email us to enquire how we can assist you.

Yes, you can. We are flexible, aim to service our customers' needs and have the ability to handle large orders.
