Welcome to the JolandaFashion.com website Terms and Conditions.

Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please email info@jolandfashion.com.

We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without notice to you. We will not change the terms and conditions on any received orders. Changes will only apply to orders received subsequent to the date and time the change was made and changes will not have retrospective effect.

Purchase of Products

Prices are subject to change without notice. Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment; the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted.

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order; so please ensure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Products information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see on your screen depend on your monitor’s settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product upon delivery. All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we make every effort to ensure that they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders when product information (including prices and promotions) has been mis-published.

Delivery Information and Costs

Delivery within Hong Kong is FREE. We use the Local Courier Post Service to send orders directly to your shipping address—either your office or residential address.

For overseas deliveries, we use the Hong Kong Post Office’s Speedpost Service. Our delivery charges are based on their standard rates and calculations. We do not charge any value-added taxes (VAT), only an export license fee of HK$56.00 (approximately US$7.15) will be added to your shipping cost if applicable for deliveries to your country. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the shipping cost. The actual price charged for overseas customers will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

Customers outside Hong Kong will also be liable for any import duties, quota fees, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements relevant to the country concerned. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

When you place your order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct because we cannot change your address once your order has been despatched. For security reasons, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Box addresses.

Delivery Times

We deliver 5 days a week—Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

For Hong Kong deliveries, we aim to deliver within 2 – 3 working days following the date your order is placed and confirmed. A signature is required on delivery.

For overseas delivery, because different countries have different entry procedures—in terms of documentary requirements and custom clearance procedures—we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, but we will try our best to ensure that your order is sent within 7 to 12 working days following the date your order is placed and confirmed. We will inform you of the status of your order if there are any expected delays, but we cannot be responsible for any unanticipated delays. A signature is required upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped.

Please log on to hongkongpost.com/speedpost and use the tracking number we provided to track the status of your shipment.

If you have trouble tracking your order, you can email us at sales@jolandafashion.com. Please include the order number, the date your order was placed, your full name, phone number and mailing address. We will check your order status and send you an update.

Payment Method

We accept PayPal  , Visa  , Master  , American Express  and Discover  credit card, Cash and Local cheque.

For credit card payment, you will be directed to our payment gateway provided by PayPal. Payment transaction will be processed in PayPal’s website. You may also want to read the Privacy Policy.

For cash or local cheque payment, we will send you an e-mail with our bank details in order for you to make a direct deposit into our account.

In addition, local cheques should be issued to "Jolanda Fashion Design & Production House" and either deposited to our bank account or mailed to P.O. Box No.182, Tai Po Post Office, New Territories, Hong Kong SAR.

Payment in cash or by cheque will obtain a 2.00 % discount on your order. Simply email sales@jolandafashion.com to inform us that you have deposited the payment. Please retain the bank payment receipt until you have received your order. Orders will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days after we have confirmed receipt of your payment.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund any item you are completely unhappy with when you return it to us in original condition and accompanied with a valid Returns Authorization Number. Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.

In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. The return must be requested within 2 days of receipt. The jewellery should then be returned with the valid Returns Authorization Number.

Refunds will only be issued if the returned merchandise has not been worn, used, altered or damaged. Refunds will be credited according to your original payment method.

For cash refunds, please allow 3 working days for the transaction. Credit card refunds will be based on the credit card company’s transaction time.

Please note that we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. We are not responsible for any shipping charges for returned items, unless we have incorrectly sent you a wrong item or the item is faulty. The return procedures will be sent to you by email.

Returns Authorization Number

Returns either by courier or by post cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Authorization Number. You will not be able to get a Returns Authorization Number unless you contact us to request one within the time limits specified under the Returns and Refunds section above. To request a Return Authorization Number, you must email sales@jolandafashion.com with your full name, phone number, mailing address and the reason for return.

Once we accept your request, we will email you a Returns Authorization Number. You will have to write this number on your return parcel and send it to us immediately to ensure that we receive the parcel within 2 working days (if you reside in Hong Kong) and 7 working days (if you are from overseas) from the day we emailed the number to you.

If you fail to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits after a valid Returns Authorization Number has been given to you, we reserve the right to recover any costs associated with the delay or reject the delayed return.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from JolandaFashion.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and secure your personal information but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
